World
War II Tours of Europe is a
series of tour programs customized for
members of the "Greatest Generation," their
family, friends, and history enthusiasts.
Each tour concentrates in areas of Europe
where individual military units composed of
American GI's fought to defeat fascism in
1944 and 1945.
World War II Tours of Europe is a subsidiary
of
Custom Euro Tours which is owned and
operated by Dennis Ross, who has over 30
years' experience in the travel business.
Mr. Ross has worked with actual veterans
over the past 20 years developing custom
group tours escorting them back through
their old battle fields of Europe. From
northern Africa all the way East to the
River Elbe and north into Normandy. Many of
the Veterans Mr. Ross has worked with have
requested their tour be designed to retrace
their footsteps in Europe during WW II.
